“Imagine”

Hi folks,

Pier Head, Liverpool.

“Imagine there’s no countries
It isn’t hard to do
Nothing to kill or die for
And no religion too
Imagine all the people living life in peace.”

Cases for Olympus 9 mm and 15 mm Body Cap Lenses.

Hi folks,

I found these online, they’re for stereo earbuds etc. but I measured up and I think that they’ll make nice small hard cases for my Olympus 9 mm and 15 mm body cap lenses. They’re available from Amazon individually or as a two coloured red and blue twin pack which is what I’ve ordered to make them readily identifiable. The lenses are plastic and I don’t think they’d stand up to hard knocks. As they have a mesh pocket they could also be useful as filter cases for filters up to about 70 mm in diameter or possibly slightly smaller.

A very nice cheap little camera bag

Hi folks,

I thought I’d share this with you. If you’re like me and have CSC/MFT or any other small camera kit then this compact shoulder bag is a great buy. It’s also a bargain at Β£6.99 on Amazon currently – https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B0152WW60W/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

I’ve tried it with several different kit load outs. It has a small back pocket which holds a couple of spare batteries etc..

Manfrotto Pocket Tripods.

TG-5 microscope mode.

Hi folks,

As I’m not able to go out today I’ve been amusing myself with experimenting with the TG-5’s amazing microscope macro mode which focuses down to an incredible 1 cm, yes, you read that right, one whole centimeter!,

As I hate tripods I’m buying one each of these, one for my TG-5 (red of course) and one for my E-PL5 or OM-Ds:

The video’s a bit sexist I think as obviously men have big macho “man-sized” cameras whilst women have “girly” tiny, red cameras. Hold on a sec.! my TG-5 is small and red! πŸ™‚
