“Slava Ukraini”, a picture montage.

Hi everyone,

Today I visited the town of Arundel, close to where we live. I was touched and proud of the way that local businesses have held a fund raising day and raised several thousand pounds in humanitarian aid for the Ukrainian people, something that I’m sure that is happening in towns and cities all around the free world. These aren’t politically-motivated people, just ordinary people like you and I are horrified by events, who care and want to do something, anything, to help. Below a montage of four shots that I took wandering around in the Spring sunshine from the sign in the bakers shop window to the poignant flag flying by the town’s war memorial.
