Nllosa SP01 10,000 mAh/37Wh 3-port USB Power Bank.

Hi,

I picked up one of these at Amazon for a reasonable Β£19.99 UK. I’m always on the look out for small pocketable USB power banks. This one has a built in cable terminating in a USB Type-C connector as well two other hot type (red coloured) USB ports, another USB-Type-C which is a bidirectional input/output port for charging the power bank or connecting to a device, shown here connected and a USB-A port. I connected my Motorola mobile phone to all three ports in turn and it goes to turbo quick charge. The other thing that I like, apart from it’s small size and weight, is its battery charge status indicator and the ability to charge three devices simultaneously if need be. This has found a place in my travel kit this Summer.

Connected to one of my USB dual camera battery chargers.

Kind regards

Leigh

My latest camera :)

Hi everyone,

Hi everyone, spotted this in a local charity shop for Β£4. A Halina 35X 35mm film camera to add to my vintage camera ornamental collection. Judging by its weight it’s made out of depleted Uranium,. If I ever need a paperweight for use in hurricane force winds then this baby is up for the job. πŸ™‚ Made in 1959 the same year as me it’s probably in better condition and has aged better. 😦 The one thing we do have in common, apart from our advancing years, is that our moving parts are very stiff to move. πŸ™‚

Olympus M.Zuiko 14-150mm shots.

Hi everyone,

I thought I’d post a few of my “other” shots taken with this lens yesterday. It’s a very versatile lens that has never failed to impress me and very useful to me as I can’t use my feet, or more accurately my legs, to zoom anymore and it serves to lessen the frustration of seeing a good shot and not being able to get to a suitable position. The last shot taken from some distance across the river shows the impressive maximum zoom equivalent to 300mm. As it was May Day the Morris Dancers were out in force so it includes, for me, some rare shots of people. πŸ™‚ The lens also has Olympus’ splash-proof, dust-proof, freeze-proofing which is a nice feature to have especially when travelling.

“Across the Adur”

HI,

“Across the Adur”, river Adur at Shoreham-By-Sea. The perfect day for a CPL filter. I worked out from my sun map when the sun would by shining down the right more or less from direction of the sea at right angles to the direction of this shot. I also added a shimmer diffusion filter to the mix to soften the image a tad. Olympus OM-D E-M5 II camera, M.Zuiko 14-150mm lens, Marumi Super DHG CPL filter, K&F Concept shimmer diffuser filter.

Additionally my geotagging solution of my portable GPS data logger and Geosetter plus Exiftool software worked flawlessly as usual.

Kind regards,

Leigh
