A series of seven works along the River Thames in Kingston upon Thames.Recently my work has become a little like waiting for a bus, but if you wait long enough seven come along at the same time πŸ™‚

“Creations” Video

Hi,

If you are one of the few folks in the world who has visited my new website (apart from my friend googlebot) πŸ™‚ you might have already seen this slideshow of some works from my portfoilio. I’ve also produced it as a short YouTube video.

Best wishes

Leigh

“Close Encounters of the Bearded Kind”

A new work “Bombs to Bicycles” (London Calling)

19385599306_2c1e597ff8_zAnother abstract creation. πŸ™‚

Just to add that for those un-familiar with Boris Johnson he’s the current Major of London closely associated with all things cycling in London and advocate of the rental “Boris bikes ” as they are called. Those unfamiliar with wartime Prime Minister Winston Churchil will find volumes of information on him on the web. πŸ™‚

“Don’t try this at home”!!

18679833323_aa95ede72f_zAmazing street performer on the Southbank in London. He said he was 51!, I couldn’t do that at 15 let alone 51!. πŸ™‚

“Love is all you need!”

18670811133_a531ca246b_zA fun work tribute to the Beatles based on a photograph taken at Madam Tussauds in London.

I grew up with their music, one of the first things that I can remember, aged about four or five, was getting home from school and hearingΒ  “A hard day’s night” playing on our old radio in the liiving room. One of those huge radios the size of a small fridge (as I remember it πŸ™‚ ) with walnut-coloured wood and a large cloth-covered grill. That song blew me away then and still does. Their music always brings back so many sunny, happy, 60’s childhood memories.

I wish “love” was all you need! but a life without love really isn’t any kind of life at all., merely an existence.
